OUTSTANDING”! This is the word I would use to describe my experience with Jay! Jay`s depth of knowledge after more than 40 years in the Real Estate business seems limitless. This knowledge and expertise applies to both a Seller and Buyer client. Jay`s Professionalism, his ability to explain everything in detail so a layman understands and diligence in following through is is second to none. “If you are looking for a thoughtful, detailed broker who will have your best interest every step of the way… we highly recommend Jay Buerger. Jay has gone above and beyond from the first time we met with him through the closing process (and actually after the closing as well). We interviewed 4 realtors/brokers all who were experienced and knowledgeable in the Parker and greater Denver area. Jay brought a fresh perspective and more detailed approach then any of the other three realtors/brokers. His attention to detail was impeccable. From what he thought we could list our house for, to touch up paint on the walls, to suggestions that helped with the inspection, to line-by-line on the settlement statement… his nick name should be “Mr. Detail”.
