After 49 years of practicing real estate, I still find a great deal of purpose in matching the right home to the right buyer and getting them to the closing table. Representing sellers and helping them earn a top-dollar price, at the right time is incredibly rewarding. The work ethic hasn’t faded, and I won’t be slowing down any time soon. Our client service is conducted at the highest level possible, and company growth is in our future.
My real estate career has allowed me to stay active in community events and the real estate profession. My service to the local, state, and national REALTOR® Associations has been incredibly rewarding, serving on Statistics Committees, Political Action Committees, Grievance Committees, Professional Standards Committees, and Leadership Academies. Over the years, I've found that knowledge coupled with great service is everything. Even though I was recognized in 2018 as earning the REALTOR® Emeritus status (40+ years of consecutive service), I continue to learn in the practice of real estate every day. I am a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), a seasoned Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and currently one of around 50 Certified Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB) in the state of Colorado. Another achievement that reflects a deep commitment to outstanding service is the C2EX endorsement I have earned from the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). It is also a pleasure to serve in the Town of Parker, Colorado as a town Ambassador.
My love for adventure has stayed strong over the years. I've been fortunate to be very competitive when I raced quarter midgets as a child, motorcycles in motocross racing, jet boats, hydroplane race boats (5-liter class), vintage Formula Fords (Lola T-200), and F2000 open-wheel cars (RF-91 Van Diemen). I was typically in the top three chasing the win and took 2nd place two years in a row in the region. Those were thrilling days.
These days, time with Bonnie, my daughter Kelly, her husband Tanner, and my grandson Hudson are the light of my life. We work hard, snow ski, scuba dive, pleasure boat, water ski, bicycle, and make time for working out at health clubs. As family and partners our strengths complement each other and we continue to provide excellent service to those we serve.

When I moved to Colorado from Greens Fork, Indiana in 1988, I was looking for adventure and a fresh start. I love Colorado and raised my two kids here. I nurtured them for 10 years as a “stay-at-home mom”. My daughter is now married living in Pueblo, Colorado. My son, after 10 years in the Navy, returned to his hometown of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Jay and I married in 2015, and he encouraged me to get my real estate license and become a REALTOR® so we could work together. Shortly after I began my career as a REALTOR®, Jay was diagnosed with cancer, and I stepped in to help keep the business moving. It was a crash course I didn’t expect, but I adapted quickly. I door-knocked, followed up, and earned listings. As a REALTOR®, I belong to the South Metro Denver REALTOR® Association (SMDRA) where I have completed the course work to receive the designation of Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI). Only 4% of real estate brokers in the nation have earned this designation. I also am a graduate of SMDRA’s Leadership Academy.
I’ve worked hard all my life, from supporting and assisting adults with developmental disabilities to working as a dental assistant. I’ve always been service oriented, and that carries into my work today. I am happy to be able to help people find a home they love. I believe owning a home is the best way for the average person to build wealth over time, and it is an honor to be a part of that process. As a team, Jay and I are able to help more people, offer more comprehensive support, and guide them through life-changing decisions with confidence and care.
